[Pentamation] PERS Reporting

Looks like the format is a go! I had a few suspended records, but many of those were for new hires this year that I had entered on a separate demographic report and were not included in my 9-30-06 report (which is the one I used as a test file). Since it looks like my database was set up in the test environment last May, this would be expected. I did have some dem1 records in the 9-30-06 file -- the only problem was that it was looking for last day worked in addition to status date for those records. If you review your dem1 file records prior to sending your report and update this information, I don't think you'll have any problems.
I will be contacting PERS today to make sure that they have now migrated our district into the new reporting format. I just want to confirm that I do not have to go back and "fix" all of my errors (which seems redundant to me) and get the entire file to post before they change my format status. I'll let you know what I find out.
Have a good weekend!
